It is with sorrowful hearts we announce the passing of our loved one, Wilfred Cheater, age 65 years.
Wilf passed peacefully away at James Paton Memorial Hospital in Gander on February 14, 2018 surrounded by family and friends after a courageous battle with cancer.

He leaves to mourn his loving wife, Yvonne, of 44 years. Daughters- Nicole, Nadine (Brad), Son- Michael (Kim), Grandchildren- Brooklyn, Kendra, Braeden, Daniel, Holly, Ty, and Ethan. Brothers- Wade (Geraldine) and Jesse (Rexine), mother in law- Josephine Button and a large circle of family and friends.

Predeceased by Parents- Ralph and Louise Cheater, Grandparents- Jesse and Plesance Cheater, Wilfred and Elsie Pickett, Father in law- William Button and Grandson- Christopher

Visitation will take place on Sunday, February 18, 2018 from 2:00-4:00pm and 7:00-9:00pm at Oram's Funeral Home in Dover. Service will take place on Monday, February 19th at 2:00pm from the Anglican Church in Hare Bay.

Those we love do not go away, they walk beside us everyday, unseen, unheard, but always near, still loved, still missed and very dear.
