Kathleen Jean Blackwood (Sweetapple) passed peacefully away on Sunday, August 19th, 2018 at James Paton Memorial Hospital, surrounded by her family.
Predeceased by her husband Jim and son in law George. Leaving to mourn children, Carole MacMillan, May Sparkes (Hubert), Delia Miles (Dave), Jim (Selma), Dianne Butt (Kevin), Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren.
Visitation will be held at Oram's Funeral Home, Tuesday, August 21st from 2:00pm to 4:00pm and 7:00pm to 9:00pm. Funeral service will be held at Faith United church, Glovertown, Wednesday, August22nd at 2:00pm. Internment at Faith United Church Cemetery. In lieu of flowers and donations in her memory can be made to the Newfoundland Cancer Society.
